TDP takes credit for Air India Profits

For the first time since its launch, Air India has made a significant profit. For the financial year 2015-16, The Government-run Airlines managed to get an operational profit of Rs 105 crore.

Telugu Desam which is the alliance partner of NDA claims credit for the profits of Air India for the first time in nine years. No one could object it as TDP MP Ashok Gajapathi Raju is serving as the Civil Aviation Minister since the past two-and-a-half years.

TDP Official Facebook Page Post: Much credit for the amazing turnaround goes to our very own Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Civil Aviation Minister.

While few people say some of the crucial decisions taken by Ashok Gajapathi Raju has paid off, Others believe the fall of crude oil prices have been the reason behind Air Indias profits and no one else can claim credit.
